Rudee was rescued alongside her best friend, Arun from a trekking camp on July 21, 2023. After a life of service to humans, Rudee has settled into her new home at ENP and begun to understand what it feels like to be an elephant again.
The two elephants remain side by side, enjoying each other’s company in the peaceful surroundings of sanctuary.
